Is LUXMUN accepting applicants from both high school and university?

Yes, we are.

 

What are the age limits for participants at LUXMUN?

Participants may be in High School or University. Before applying, please note that the permitted age gap for delegates is constricted between 15 and 24 years.

 

Is there any difference between the registration as a national delegate in comparison to an international delegate?

No, applications will be treated the same way whether they’re national or international.

When does registration close for delegates?

Applications are created in batches. The last registration date is April 10th (if there are still spots available). For more information check: here

 

When does registration for chairs close?

Applications will be open until 5th February. For more information check: https://luxmun.net/chairs/

 

How are countries distributed?

When applying you will be asked for preferences. The countries will be distributed according to the delegate’s wishes on the principle of first come first serve.

 

When applying as a school is there a number of students required?

A school or university has to apply with minimum 3 and maximum 8 members.

 

How is the payment completed?
After application, the delegates will receive an email with the bank account’s details and they have to pay by the date required depending on which batch they applied in.

What about accommodation?
We will be offering to a limited number of delegates the possibility of staying with a host family on the principle of first come first serve. However, if there are no more host families available, we will provide you the necessary information to book a hostel or hotel near to the school!

Holders of other passports, or travelers wishing to remain in the country for longer periods, should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to obtain a visa.

Does LUXMUN arrange flights?

LUXMUN does not take responsibility for planning flights. However, the organisers are willing to answer any questions related to booking. Luxmun does not pay for travel expenses.
